That’s right, I 100% relived my college days this past weekend at UofA taking graduation photos of girls that were hotter, younger, and peppier than me. It’s crazy to think that I was in these girls shoes just 5 short years ago (maybe not the hotter part, but the younger and peppier part definitely). People have asked me if I felt old going back to my college stomping grounds at the age of 26. My answer: YES. But I also had a ton of fun with these girls and remembered that I still had a good amount of youth left in me after all 🙂
Some advice for these girls who are graduating: Stay true to who you are. Go after the things in life you want most. Remember that the sun only rotates so many times so don’t waste your precious days doing what you hate. Save it for the things you love. If you want change, work hard at it. Eat healthy. Drink lots of water. Call and Facetime with your family as much as possible. Take every vacation day as humanly possible at work. And lastly, don’t have a 10 year plan, a 5 year plan or even a 1 year plan. If you think too far in the future you won’t allow yourself to be focused on the now.
Congrats class of 2016. Now go kill it.
